3.3 Confirmation

A reservation is only confirmed when you receive an official confirmation from Brennixor with a reservation number. We recommend keeping a copy of your confirmation for reference.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in to our hotel and to access casino areas. Valid photo identification is required at check-in.

4. Rates and Payment

4.1 Rates

All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Rates may vary based on dates, availability, and special promotions.

4.2 Rate Changes

Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. Once confirmed, your rate is guaranteed for the specified dates, unless changes are made to the reservation.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Some services may also accept cash or other payment methods at our discretion.

4.4 Deposit and Guarantee

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Depending on the type of reservation and length of stay, we may require a deposit or pre-payment.

4.5 Incidental Charges

Upon check-in, we will place a hold on your credit card for incidental charges. This hold will be released upon check-out, less any charges incurred during your stay.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1 Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy requires notice at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid cancellation fees. Special rates, packages, and group bookings may have different cancellation policies, which will be specified at the time of booking.

If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your reservation will be considered a "no-show." No-shows are typically charged the equivalent of one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

6.1 Check-In Time

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM local time. Early check-in may be available based on room availability and may incur an additional fee.

6.2 Check-Out Time

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM local time. Late check-out may be requested and is subject to availability. A fee may apply for late check-out.

6.3 Identification Requirement

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. International guests must present a valid passport.

7. Guest Conduct and House Rules

7.1 General Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner that does not disturb other guests or staff. Brennixor reserves the right to refuse service or accommodations to any person who, in the opinion of management, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is incapable of caring for themselves.

7.2 Noise Policy

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise at any time may result in a warning or eviction without refund.

7.3 Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by negligence, misuse, or willful acts. Charges for repairs or replacement will be added to the guest's account.

7.4 Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking in non-smoking rooms will result in a deep cleaning fee of $250.

7.5 Pet Policy

Service animals are welcome. Other pets may be permitted in designated rooms with prior approval and payment of a pet fee. Restrictions apply.

8. Casino Rules

8.1 Age Requirement

While we take reasonable precautions to ensure the security of our premises, Brennixor is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in guest rooms, public areas, or vehicles. In-room safes are provided for your convenience.

Brennixor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government actions, or civil unrest.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Brennixor or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
