1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy requires notice at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time to avoid penalties. This policy applies to all standard room reservations and basic packages.

1.1 Cancellation Timeline

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% of first night's stay
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Full first night's charge
  • No-show: Full first night's charge

2. Special Packages and Events

Special packages, event bookings, and holiday periods may have different cancellation policies:

2.1 Premium Packages

  • 72 hours notice required
  • 50% refund for cancellations within 72 hours
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours

2.2 Holiday Periods

  • 7 days notice required
  • 50% refund for cancellations within 7 days
  • No refund for cancellations within 72 hours

3. Group Bookings

Group bookings (5 rooms or more) have specific cancellation requirements:

  • 14 days notice required for full refund
  • 7-13 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

4. Modification Policy

Modifications to existing reservations are subject to:

  • Availability at the time of modification
  • Rate differences for new dates
  • Seasonal restrictions and blackout dates

5. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we will work with guests to:

  • Reschedule stays without penalty
  • Issue refunds as appropriate
  • Provide alternative arrangements when possible

6. Refund Process

When a refund is due:

  • Credit card refunds process within 5-7 business days
  • Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
