1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy requires notice at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time to avoid penalties. This policy applies to all standard room reservations and basic packages.
1.1 Cancellation Timeline
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% of first night's stay
- Less than 24 hours notice: Full first night's charge
- No-show: Full first night's charge
2. Special Packages and Events
Special packages, event bookings, and holiday periods may have different cancellation policies:
2.1 Premium Packages
- 72 hours notice required
- 50% refund for cancellations within 72 hours
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours
2.2 Holiday Periods
- 7 days notice required
- 50% refund for cancellations within 7 days
- No refund for cancellations within 72 hours
3. Group Bookings
Group bookings (5 rooms or more) have specific cancellation requirements:
- 14 days notice required for full refund
- 7-13 days: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
4. Modification Policy
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to:
- Availability at the time of modification
- Rate differences for new dates
- Seasonal restrictions and blackout dates
5. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we will work with guests to:
- Reschedule stays without penalty
- Issue refunds as appropriate
- Provide alternative arrangements when possible
6. Refund Process
When a refund is due:
- Credit card refunds process within 5-7 business days
- Bank transfers may take 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
